Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for a Paid Media Traffic & Operations Intern to join our Operations team. One of our most important criteria is passion for what you do, and the industry as a whole. All we need is aptitude and passion, with that anything is possible!

Job Scope:

  • Learn day to day traffic management by observation, taking notes, asking questions and assisting the Operations Manager as required.  
  • Understand cross-department collaboration.
  • Understand media campaign planning from strategy right through to implementation & reporting. 
  • Understand how digital media is planned, what are the steps and how to read campaign briefs 
  • Learn how to dissect campaign briefs.
  • Observe how to collaborate with client service, campaign managers and the technical teams. 
  • Learn & practice how to book and traffic campaigns through Workbook
  • Learning and grasping new concepts quickly
  • Joining and leading daily stand-ups with the operations team 
  • Collaborating with the operations manager, client service team and campaign managers on daily tasks and trafficking.
  • Learning and understanding the full cycle of monthly Paid Media invoicing
  • Learn and understand the inner workings of Workbook to assist the agency in troubleshooting queries
  • Provide support to anyone within the Client Services team when necessary
  • Ensuring IO’s and PO’s are in order for monthly invoicing
  • Learning and understanding basic paid campaign media management to assist across departments
  • Learning and understanding finance processes to assist the finance team in reaching monthly invoicing goals
  • Assisting with monthly forecasting for paid media
  • Act in the best interests of the agency at all times


  • Be between 18 and 34 years of age
  • Currently unemployed
  • Passion and a willingness to learn
