The Sprout Performance Methodology

Challenge

With a key product chronically lagging behind online sales targets, the task was simple – meet online sales targets for the first time.

Having just inherited the account from the incumbent agency, this was a perfect opportunity to showcase the Sprout Performance methodology and how it could quickly lead to success. 

Strategy

The strategy was revised from the ground up, utilizing a full funnel approach that spanned across channels.

Channels were ultimately selected based on attributed value, without a sole focus on last click attribution.

An audience framework was put in place to ensure the correct audience targeting at each phase of the funnel, alongside revised messaging to align with the objective for each phase
